Off a NJ Transit HT

A friend of mine has a DEAD 16-channel HT1000 with a NJ Transit radio plan with just the names of the channels on it. This might not be a CURRENT PLAN, but it's a plan used by the conductors at on tim.e I recognize some of the frequencies, which I'll list other's I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated

1- MOB-ACL PASS- 161.400 ?
2- M O W -- 160.440 (CONFIRMED)
