Anyone know of any software than can use the soundcard input to decode the National Weather Service SAME codes as they are transmitted from the transmitter, for some reason, my radio shack weather radio has stopped responding to the tones, i've moved the radio, i've done everything i can think of, it just won't work. my only guess left is the transmitter is not encoding the same message correctly, so my only choice left is to capture and decode the same data myself and see what's wrong
