I don't have a list and haven't seen one for the various RI law enforcement agencies. They certainly differ from agency to agency.
In Warwick, the only two dispatch codes that stand out in my memory are 4000 (possible DOA) due to its somber and impactful nature, and 4200 (car accident) due to its frequency of use.
They also use a lot of codes for their in-house IMC database for potential hazards to officers, such as drugs, alcohol, mental health, known to carry knives (1050K), guns (1050G), etc. etc. Don't hold me to those particular codes -I'm just replaying the dispatchers' voices in my head and I think I have them right.
With enough listening, you will probably gain enough context from the calls to get a sense of their nature. Good to combine listening to WPD with WFD, as you'll often get a little more context as well. The fire department tends to just come out and say what's going on, versus using a short form code.
