Occured this morning on the west side of Norman, an off duty Norman officer responding to a possible vehicle break-in in an apartment complex and the suspect was sitting naked in a vehicle and when the officer approached he grabbed the officer's arm and dragged him for a short distance with the car, the officer then shot the suspect.
