After capture they mentioned changing the telephone line back to normal. Anyone monitor what that entailed? Were all incoming calls being intercepted by PD?

There are both 9 EMS and 9 MED talkgroups but none of them hardly ever seem to be used. What is the difference between the EMS tg's and the MED tg's other than the MED is the one that it would appear the charlotte Medic units use? And then there are the 2 EMS ops channels.
