I sent a radio to Tupelo last week, found a few new TGs:
14359- LE agency calling "New Albany" with a check on a pedestrian Westbound I-22 at Highway 25
53988- Tupelo Tac-5, now seems to be an information and service channel. Units come here to run tags and IDs, request tow trucks and taxis, etc.
54039- "Going to the gym" "Office copies to the gym"
54087- Plantersville PD Car-to-Car, ID'd by name.
54109- Only encrypted

Okay, I have little other information to go on. That travelling radio will be going north this week again.
I've been monitoring MHP Troup J all day and haven't heard a peep. I haven't been listening for a while due to work so I'm probably out of the loop. Did something change and I missed it? Did they go full E or what?
I don't see encryption on any of the MHP Dispatch channels in my logs. Other MHP channels are encrypted.
Troop J Dispatch is on the Calls Platform. I see current activity there:

West Lamar in Hattiesburg. I usually pick up a lot. Got 2 scanners trying to pickup but not getting anything.I don't see encryption on any of the MHP Dispatch channels in my logs. Other MHP channels are encrypted.

Are you getting traffic on other talkgroups on the West Hattiesburg/Lamar site? The calls platform is currently showing traffic for Troop J on the Rock Hill site. There may not be any units currently affiliated on the West Hattiesburg/Lamar site?
Edit: Has the control channel on the West Hattiesburg/Lamar site possibly changed?
I'm getting talk on LCSO, HPD, AAA Ambulance, Air Ambulance, FCSO. So all of these are using the same CC. Don't have a clue what's going on. I'll have to do some more investigation later.
I get Hattiesburg MHP, Lamar County, and AAA quite regularly. There has been a couple of new sites added on MSWIN. Also, as someone has previously suggested, you may want to check all the sites around there. Some have had frequencies added.
I'm getting transmissions now. I don't know what happened.

@MockingbirdSAR Leake County Fire is using VHF analog
155.340 is very active. Air Ambulance and ground ambulance to hospital. Other than railroad, I don't hear anyone else on analog. The may be others like airplane traffic and some that I can't receive from here.
