Chris, can you do a screen recording so he is 100% sure he's thinking if what you're attempting to do?
Not a recording, but a screenshot. Below, I would like to move the two highlighted FL. But not at the same time. So Person County is underneath Orange County, and above Randolph County. Then, moving Granville County beneath Durham-Fayettteville2, and above Greeensboro/Guilford County. I press the left mouse button continuously, to either one of them. But they don't move with the mouse.

I see two favorites selected. You must have pressed the CTRL key while selecting the favorites. Don't do that. Just right click on a FL node and the other FL will unselect. Move one FL at a time.

I highlighted them both, only for the purpose of visually showing what I wanted to move. Then I mentioned that I would not move them at the same time, and where individually I wanted to specifically place them.

Hello everyone. I have ProScan installed at home with my scanner and use the ProScan Client at work to listen. A few days ago, my client at work stopped recording. Everything else for the streaming/tags/display works correctly, just no files get recorded. No configuration changes were made; at least not that I can see. I tried rebooting and even installing a fresh version of the client in a new directory. Same results - everything works but no recordings. I should note that the recordings at home are still working properly; just not the ones at work using the client.

Does anybody have anybody have thoughts on this? I'm banging my head on the wall for a few days now on this.

Try restarting ProScan. If it still doesn't work then reboot the computer.

Just to make sure but Is the Recorder on (Recorder button depressed.)?
Does the recording grid shows the currently recorded row in color red?
Try switching to VOX mode if in Activity mode or visa-versa.

Recorder button is pressed. I also tried turning it off and back on again.

Recording grid shows no activity when somebody is on the channel. Only previously recorded (12/4/23) rows are shown, with no change. There's also no new files in the directory.

Tried switching to VOX just now with no change. That did just cause me to notice, however, that I'm not hearing the streaming audio either. It had previously been turned way down and I turned it up when testing VOX. So I'm sure that's somehow related to the same problem. Although the recording doesn't work when "Activity" is selected either, and the remote scanner display on the client is working properly.

Do you hear the audio out of the computer speakers and see the audio meters move in the Audio Control - RSOIP playback side?
It shouldn't matter if the audio is turned down or up, The recording grid should show the new recordings and files should be generated.

I had a similar issue with my install of ProScan on my Windows 11 Pro laptop. A series of reboots of the OS and restarts of the software and it eventually started working. I can't help as far as what was the cause but I did experience something similar regarding the recording.
