Can someone tell me the name they say on HFGCS when they are calling Offutt weather? It sounds like "In Vitro" or something like that.

Kilo 98 couldnt hear Andrews or Offutt and req to drop the patch.

That's "Metro." It's short for Pilot-to-Metro which is the weather forecaster or observer at a military base.
