Oglethorpe County GA System - Help

I just bought a Uniden BCD436HP and I see Oglethorpe County Sheriff dispatch, fire, ems, etc. but I can only pick up EMS. I think they have changed systems and the database is still reflecting the old frequencies.

Does anyone have any information what I need to do to get the radio to pick up in this area? Do I need to upgrade the ProVoice, DMR/motoTRBO, NXDN?

I appreciate any help with this.

So I have made time to listen.
The oglethorpe Ems switch to DMR a couple of weeks after Sheriff.
The database does not reflect that and I believe PW is still analog

Dispatchers use radioid of 400 0r 401 Some Dispatchers motorboat
badly on 401
At least one Deputy uses radioid of 1 instead of normal 17xx
GSP has a crazy long radioid when they come up onto channel

MED1 3001 MED2 3002 MED3 3003 amabulance
sound like "wobbley messes" the radioid of 160-190 are mostly clear

Tone out is now only on analog fire channel they use to tone out
on fire and ems for first responders The dispatch volume is so low you
have to turn volume almost all the way up to hear dispatch
