"OH" Units?

I see on Fire Dispatch the assignment of "OH" units to mutual aid fires. Can someone tell me what "OH" means?

Seems to be something specific to San Mateo county, none of the other agencies on his site use that. I'll ping Daryl and ask him. Probably just an internal abbreviation used in their CAD system.

Official word from the man himself:

OH stands for 'overhead'. It's an Incident Command System (ICS) term used to describe staff that functions in a support role and not directly involved in firefighting.

OVERHEAD PERSONNEL: Personnel who are assigned to supervisory positions which include Incident Commander, Command Staff, General Staff, Directors, Supervisors, and Unit Leaders.
