Ohio - 800 mhz enhanced propogation tonight

I'm copying Ohio MARCS 712D-047 (Kenton / Hardin Co) tonight. Of course that's not the only enhanced activity I'm seeing... all of 800 Mhz is ripe right now.

I believe this is the farthest 800 mhz signal I've copied. It's over halfway across the state.

Also copying 712D-015 (Brinkhaven / Knox Co) - but this isn't a first time for this site.

Even better... sat for an hour and listened to SO and rural PD traffic on 712D-37 (Celina / Mercer Co). ~210 air miles

Centerburg and Butler were also heard from as well as some I more commonly hear.

ROFL. Looks like an East-West thing to me Randy... at least from my location it's all coming in from the West. Not much enhancement from the south or north over here.

I tried to IGNORE your thread been quite abit in the 150s tonite. Pullin alot out of Indiana and unknown parts going to play more in the 800s

I switched ovver to VHF, but my VHF antenna needs to be higher. 800 is dying down for me now, so I probably got in too late for any VHF activity.

If this helps ya out any, I'm going to bed.. I'm done baiting you with propogation reports rofl

I didn't get anything extraordinary last night (and I'm not tonight), although I'm getting better-than-usual reception on VHF-high tonight.

I got some of it on my feed scanner tonite, ought to throw the listeners for a loop lol. VHF hi is boomin
