so is the odnr water patrol units on lake patrol alsp encrypted ?? buckeye lake is near me here in lancaster

All the 'Enforcement' Talkgroups for ODNR are encrypted. On occasion you'll find one side will forget to flip the switch and they'll be in the clear. But, for the most part, it's 95% encrypted. The Maintenance talkgroups, however, are in the clear.
