How long would you need them monitored to determine they are no longer? I have not listen to them, but I'll set a bank to monitor and record. If you're looking for it to be depreciated in the database, then a submission would be proper route. But that of course is after someone confirms there is no activity on the freqs because I am pretty sure systems do not get removed because of an expired license.
It's LTR, so there would not be any CC activity. If it were active, there would likely be at least one freq with an LTR beacon. Although the average listener would not know how to tell it was an LTR beacon.I would scan all freqs listed on that license and since it’s marked as trunked, if no cc activity , then I would submit.

Not 100% sure on the frequency being part of the systems but LCN's should be correct.
The place looks kind of vacant to me... This is the address on the FCC license...

Don't know if this has anything to do with the name on the sign in the above post...
