Ohio MARCS building?

I was driving on Route 161 today and noticed a building with a big sign that said "Northop-Grumman Mission Systems Ohio MARCS." Its in front of the EOC center. What is this building and what does Northop-Grumman have to do with it?

I was driving on Route 161 today and noticed a building with a big sign that said "Northop-Grumman Mission Systems Ohio MARCS." Its in front of the EOC center. What is this building and what does Northop-Grumman have to do with it?

They were the original system installation project manager, overseeing the various parts of the project as a whole. They still have something to do with network support.
