Upon doing some searching on the net, I came up with this site: Ohio MARCS « Butler Regional Interoperable Communications System
On this site they list Ecomm20 as being the statewide emergency channel in the event of natural disasters ect... They also have listed that Ecomm21-28 are used by the state of ohio department of homeland security. Has anyone heard any traffic on these channels? I submitted them to the database 2 days ago. I have also been scanning these channels on my XTS2500 and so far have not picked anything up.
