Ohio/marshall cnty

I used to be able to locate all of the local info such as talkgoups for all fire and sheriffs and I can no longer find this info for these counties.....when i go to marshall cty i see the freqs but no talkgroups.....have they been moved or no longer available...if no longer available where can I locate this info or can someone suppy them for me.....I have noticed new talkgroups showing up in Marshall cty but have no idea who they represent....thanks in advance for any help.....
