Ohio National Guard on MARCS

lingYesterday afternoon and so far this morning been hearing the Ohio
National Guard on TG 10640 passing coded traffic. This morning
I heard a female unit identifying as "PEACEKEEPER BASE" in comms with
"EAGLE ONE". I cannot tell if they have an exercise going or just testing out
new equipment.

I am hearing this off of the Dayton and Lebanon sites.
Is anyone elsewhere in the state receiving these?

Set this up in my 92 and I can cofirm that TGID is popping up intermittently. Obviously I cant hear them.
But it is comming through.

Curious. How do you knwo which sites your hearing it from?

I've been getting hits on 10640 & 10656 ONG talkgroups all over the Greater Cleveland Area in the past weeks with all the military funerals recently.
It will be more active in the coming weeks as more funerals are planned.

I've heard "Buckeye xx" callsigns on 10656

Pretty easy really. If you just have the control channels entered and have the control channel alpha tagged for which site it belongs to then it is pretty easy to figure out what site the traffic is coming off from.

Another way is to put each tower site in a different bank and label the bank.
