Ohio PD CSQ?

If the mobile units are transmitting into the repeater with CSQ, thats an invitation for problems. If the repeater is transmitting its signal in CSQ, it's not as big of a problem, but it's still bad practice, especially when the band conditions are up.

Ross County Fire uses CSQ on their primary repeater, with a multi-CTCSS filter to reject strong signals with CTCSS. Not my idea of a solution, but they insisted on remaining CSQ for some odd reason.
