Hello,
I'm looking for someone who could raise my LP scanner antenna that is mounted on a tv tower with a rotor. I live in Seneca county.It was installed last Spring but it's not high enough. Would need to raise it about an additional 10 feet and place a few guy wires to the mast.
I would apprecieate it if someone knows who can do this for a reasonable charge.

I can't help you out with raising your antenna but I will say that an additional 10' of antenna height isn't going to do much of anything for your reception. It might end up being a waste of money.
