Hi I live in pickaway county ohio. I have a radio shack pro97 triple trunking scanner. Can I listen to the osp on that scanner?

no you won't hear much. most of the OSP traffic is on the MARCS system in P25.

You might hear some stuff scanning their high band channels but i have no idea if there is traffic on there anymore.

Unfortunately your pro 97 will not recieve OSP traffic, you need a digital scanner to monitor Ohio MARCS traffic which includes OSP. Digital scanners include GRE 500/600 Radio Shack 106/197 and Uniden 396/996 and other older Uniden models.
