An OHP escort with cruisers, SUVs, and motorcycles just passed by me on I-40 @ Meridian Ave. Not sure who they are escorting, but ops seem to be on Executive Security 1 (DPS). Also hearing some activity on RMA 2A but not sure if it is related or not.

Without looking anything up I'm going to guess that KCU832 is an agency FCC callsign, and maybe SAPE is the OLETS 4 letter code for his agency? Years ago I recall a WNNA681, BIXB that I was associated with.
