I haven't heard much (if anything) on these two stations here in Tulsa.
Not too long ago they seemed very active.... Now...nothing...

Anyone experiencing the same?

I hear something everyday on the Turner ID's, Troop A Rural/Metro only when someone roams into the Tulsa system.

Are you hearing OHP Troop L out of Vinita in Tulsa? I was in Tulsa last weekend and the Troop L talkgroup was very active. The Tulsa control freqs must simulcast it because it's the same transmissions I hear on the Miami freqs at the house.

yeah we get Troop L in Tulsa, we also get Turner Turnpike as both turnpikes come right into Tulsa.

The Claremore relay is low band related. What is being discussed is the Smartzone traffic coming from Troop L on 800 to the Tulsa Site which is on 24/7.

Yes you will to hear the new system in Muskogee, I still can hear them in analog on the Tulsa system, not sure if the old Muskogee system is still sctive.

So am I entering the same CC's but making the type system P25 auto instead of Mot 800/900?

Back to the topic of receiving Troop A in Tulsa:

I have also heard the rural channel, but not the main city dispatch; has anyone else in Tulsa?

Concerning Troop C:

I can hear all the analog channels, including the turnpikes in Tulsa.

I haven't tried to program in Troop D -- can anyone in Tulsa hear this troop?

Troop D the last I knew was on low band channel 3 and 4 only they aren't on OKWIN. If you had a good low band base antenna up high you might get a little 45.22 traffic.
