Just curious. What is the difference between a regular Baker unit verses a Motor unit? I am hearing units like Baker 103 and Motor 471. Thanks.

Motor units are Motorcycle units, they still go by that even if they aren't on a bike, like during bad weather.

Then there are X-ray units, which serve the major highways.

On a slightly different subject, how does one tell what unit is a capt or supervisor

Also, do Troopers have "beats" within a county, or specific "areas" to patrol?

X-Ray units are Turnpike only beats, which in Oklahoma could mean Major Highways. Troopers do have beats as Baker 424 is Creek Countys main Trooper, not sure what the others are and there are not limited to a "County" per say.
