Will the Uniden BC250D montior the patrol? It is digital ready and you have to install the APCO P-25 digital card in the scanner. Does this scanner support rebanding?

Yes, that radio wil work for MARCS at the present time. However, it will not work after rebanding and will not work once MARCS switches to full a P-25 system.
