OIU Talkgroups-ENCRYPTED....Is it permanent??

Hi,is this a permanent move on MARCS or just sometimey???......Any other encrypted plans?? Thanks MRS

OIU (Ohio Investigative Unit AKA Liquor Control) and ODNR Rangers are all Encrypted. I'm sure there are and will be others that use full time encryption.

There have been a few times lately that I've heard OIU and ODNR unencrypted on their talkgroups, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Mainly boring stuff like, "Are you in the office?"

Yeah, now & then, they forget to 'flip the switch'. But, for the most part, they are encrypted.
