OK to post site with good price, GRE?

I checked the FAQ and different forum types and I would like to know if it is permissible to post a web site with a good price on a GRE scanner and a coupon. I am not selling, this is a retail site I am not affiliated with. Also, if so, where would you like it posted?

I've often thought of posting links to Craigslist ads for scanners for sale on the CO page.

Self-promotion is frowned upon on here and is against the rules. But I don't mind members looking out for others by posting a good deal for a reputable website. Craig's List on the other hand, I would not find reputable.
