Yup Bravo14 that's exactly what will assist the original poster. P25 Phase II "SIMULCAST" get that SDS100/200 or Uni G4/G5
Reading through it what struck me immediately is that this NOT an RFP (Request for Proposal), which typically goes out. This is an ITN (Invitation to Negotiate). Meaning Oka County has their communications **** together and you will do it our way, and how we want it. They probably hired a consultant to write that ITN.
