If you try the update/transfer let us know. I'm not sure proscan does transfer without talkgroups. @ProScan Can you confirm this?
I only use Proscan for logging. I've found Sentinel is way more user friendly to transfer RRBD/Updates into my scanners. I'll check the master database tomorrow and see if the TGs are added.

About 30 mints ago I did a Sentinel download and it is in the download with TG's.

I have been listening on my SDS-100, I just turned on my BCD996P2 and can not hear anything despite having a full 5 bars of signal. Is it because it is a simulcast system? I have swapped antennas with the same results, nada on the 996p2.

Yes, this system is simulcast that creates distortion which the 996P2 cannot handle. For those that are wanting to listen to the system. They would need to have the SDS 100/200 or Unication G4/G5.

I occasionally hear the radio techs during the day. They don't really say a lot.
