I was wondering if anyone knows if Okaloosa County public utilies have radios? And are they able to be picked up by a scanner or they on like the SLERS system. I have been looking on the database and didn't see anything for like the county trucks and Water and Sewer guys. Think it would be interesting to listen to them sometimes especially the county trucks. Most of them like to just talk all day long. I haven't been able to do much listening during the times when I might beable to lock on to them possibly. Didn't know if anyone might know what the frequencies was or if they even use radios.

They don't really use radios anymore. They did use VHF once upon a time, and some vehicles still have the antennas, but the license expired several years ago and the equipment at the offices was taken down, and out of the vehicles.
