Are all the various Motorola users around the City "networked" or grouped like they are around Tulsa? In other words (sorry, I don't know all the correct terminology), can I program all the 800 freqs listed for Edmond, Shawnee, Norman, DPS, etc. together in one bank and then just assign talkgroups? Or do all those agencies have to be programmed separately?

Each of those trunked systems must be programmed in it a separate bank. Otherwise the system can't be properly tracked by the scanner.

Nuts! Guess it's time to buy a scanner with more banks.
