OKC EDACS Analog

I'm new to trunktracking and I would like a definitive answer before I dump any money on a scanner. If I buy a scanner with EDACS capability can I listen to all OKC analog talkgroups?

I'm not interested in digital because I figure that what's not already encrypted will probably be soon. The main groups I want to hear are currently analog and are likely to stay.

As long as they are not in Pro Voice yes you can hear them...

That's what I was hoping for. I'm buying a scanner mainly for the DPS system and didn't want to spend extra for EDACS and still not be able to hear what I want on OKC.
