I have been seeing alot of OHP and OKCPD on the over passes,on the se side of okc, I used to not seen them. I guess all the crazy drivers finally got their attention. OHP in Norman was doing the same thing on tuesday on the robinson overpass. OHP was parked facing east in the west bound, I thought causing a little traffice problem doing so. when they do this type of operation do they use a diffrent freq. than normal.
