Does anyone know what the talkgroup 1355 on the OKWIN system is for? It seems to be for stakeouts, and I've heard a lot of commotion when they break down a door to make an arrest. It could be an OBNDD tac channel, but all their other groups are encrypted. Maybe a local PD tac channel. Any ideas?
