OKC Pager alert service???

Back at the ScanOKC meeting, i remember someone having a paper that allerted them of a shooting or something. I dont remember who, or i would ask them. lol. It seemed like it was a service that monitored the scanners and then sent out a message whenever something happend. Does anyone know what i'm talking about? Thanks!
