Oklahoma County REACT freqs?

Anybody have anything on OK. Cty REACT? I found a 2002 listing on g-m-r-s.org (here) that lists them having a GMRS repeater on 462.600 MHz, but I've never heard anything on that freq. Couldn't find anything on this in the database, but I previously found a listing that showed the City of Moore with two GMRS repeaters, that freq and 462.675 MHz, PL 141.3. Owner/user's names, tones, any data appreciated.

The frequency in is right for Oklahoma County Enernecy React 2620.The 462.675 frequency is for Oklahoma University team 3916.. . The actual location of the repeater is the roof of Walker TOwer.
