Okmulgee State 800 Site?

Hearing digital comms as well as TPD-7D 30736 and TPD-7G 31024 on the Okmulgee site this morning. I don't know who is using the digital and if it's encrypted. I am also wondering why TPD is showing up on the Okmulgee site?

Mystery solved, Listening today EMSA is showing up on the Okmulgee repeater. 12400, yes it is still Encrypted.
