This morning I noticed the out of range display on my Motorola Astro Spectra and no traffic heard on the OkWIN Lexington site and not getting anything on the pink site either I did some checking with the Pro-197 and entered the control channel 860.4375 for the Lex site in the tune mode and the display showed it was p25 9600. haven't had a chance to look at the pink site yet.

The state is in the process of upgrading to P25 Phase 1. Looks like they are working on those sites you mentioned. All of OKWIN will be P25 Phase 1 when complete. Hope this helps.

I was listening to OHP Troop A Metro last night and someone from some type of radio service keyd up and asked how dispatch could hear them on P25. At first I thought that was the new OKC system testing patches with OHP but I ruled that out as no data was ever recorded from the SDR software running.

Kinda off topic a little but where can I view the actual site tower locations for OKWIN across the state? I assume these tower names are near the actual cities/towns in OK? i.e Site 8 & 40

Both the Pink and Lexington OKWIN sites are supposedly going to be offline for the next two months for the P25 upgrade. At least that's the word going around the pumpkin patch.

092C Network of the OKWIN system has shrunk in amount of sites. OKWIN has few NAC's across the state. I wonder where they went. Tulsa and some others used to be listed in 092C

Oh never mind they went to 92C BEE00

Have heard the talkgroups one would expect on that site (Chickasha PD, FD, GCSO, OHP Troop G), along with Purcell Police. Control channel is still the same.
