Those aren't new sites. They have been on line for years, even before the P25 switchover. The only thing that changed was the NAC.

You know i wonder if there is a single state that has a complete state system covering their entire area. The closest I can remember is FL.

Lots of states. I can immediately think of MO, KS, IA, NE, SD, AR, LA, MN, MI, OH, IN, IL, and there are probably a lot more but no system has 100% coverage 100% of the time in 100% of all locations. It's physically impossible.

Right but surly more coverage than OK has lol
OK doing the best they can with the money they have.

Missouri has a great system and in my opinion did a proper dual band system. Oklahoma has been working on this system for nearly 20 years and still is trying to figure out how to fund it.
