OKWIN P25 Unknown TGID 1439

I have been receiving an unknown TG on the OKWIN. They do not announce who they are (no unit to unit info given). They are unit to unit comms between a couple of "officers" and no calls were to dispatcher. These comms were in southwest Oklahoma. Listening to the traffic, they seem to be game wardens. A lot of traffic takes place between 9 Pm and */- 4 Am. I would like to submit to RR once I've been able to positively determine who uses of this TG. Below are the logs from my SDS200. Has anyone else been getting hits from this TG?

Has anyone else been getting hits from this TG?

At one point I logged it and added it to Oklahoma Wireless Information Network (OKWIN) - Unconfirmed or Unidentified Talkgroups by Site - The RadioReference Wiki under the Lawton site. I have no idea what it's used for.

They appeared to be game rangers. Today I'm receiving a TG 65512 on the OKWIN. Received on a BCD996P2

This is interesting as I saw this morning that talkgroup patched to OHP B-Comm (2145) on the Owasso site.

This morning was my first encounter with this TG. I can receive the Mangum and Elk City sites easily. I used to be able to hear Baker Peak when they were on the old motorola system, occasionally I still can on the new system. Mostly early on a Sunday morning when things are still quiet. They sounded like they were testing. Randomly I receive OHP comms from as far as OKC and south of Lawton. confirmed by their call sign (Troop Letter) and talk group. I have even heard the State Emergency Management TG 2681 (SEMA-3 Dispatch) from Broke Arrow out here in Western Oklahoma. Does all comms propagate though out the entire system?

On many P25 systems talkgroup IDs in the 65000-65534 range are dynamically generated patch talkgroups.

Some but not all.
SEMA-3 is a good example of a talkgroup that propagates to all sites in the system.

I can confirm TG 1439 is Oklahoma Game Wardens. It appears to be used state wide, as I heard a couple chatting on opposite sides of the state. I haven't submitted it yet, as all I have confirmed by listening is they are for sure Game Wardens, I don't know any channel info, or if it's statewide for sure or a certain region.
