So I understand that OKWIN is a P25 Phase II setup. (Tulsa Area)
However seems my Whistler WS-1065 still gets a lot of comms and its only a Phase I device.

Have they not fully moved to Phase II yet?

Also noticed Tulsa County Sheriff has an Encrypted Dispatch channel now - are they using that 100% of the time now like TPD?

Unless they upgraded everything recently I don't think all sites are capable of phase II.
Everything will be phase I unless all the subscriber equipment is phase II capable and they set up the talkgroups for phase II. That could vary with different users in different areas.

I haven't seen any P2 hits on at least the Coweta or Tulsa site, even though the sites advertise P2 bandplan.

I haven't looked in a few days, but Tulsa SO just had a few hits on the old un-encrypted TG. Most the hits were on the encrypted TG.

I had noticed that TCSO B had some partial encryption but didn't know that the mainside had gone to full time.

Looking at TCSO Main (old 2561) on broadcastify, all the traffic on it is now mostly for (Radio ID's 6XXXXXX) Catoosa PD. Don't know how long that will last or if CPD is going to try to go Encrypted or not.

TDMA works on the OKC site. Tested this with my agency not long ago with a private call. General traffic would still be FDMA. No reason for TDMA right now. Too many agencies use non TDMA capable radios and several metro agencies have also moved off OKWIN to OKC's system so its less burden on the OKC site for OKWIN right now. I would venture to say you'll see more TDMA traffic this spring.
