Try these 7 frequencies for Olathe Public Schools:
WQGT452
461.6125
461.7875
461.9875
463.5375
463.7875
WQZU746
461.6000
462.3000
They are all licensed for both NFM and DMR.

There are also 15 talkgroups for Olathe Public Schools on the MARRS trunked system.

The only license I could find for DS Bus Lines:
WRNP283
464.0625
It is also licensed for NFM and DMR. The control point is in Shawnee, but the only location listed is Tulsa OK. I would try that frequency anyway. I see no licenses for Kincaid Group.

You might also look under the Laidlaw transit group they lease space on several tall towers on the Missouri side of the state line but the main use is on the Johnson county side. Don't forget to look under First Student as well. they also leased tall tower space on both sides of the state line for metro use.

Also a side note: FirstGroup completed the acquisition of Laidlaw International on October 1, 2007, and rebranded Laidlaw services under the First umbrella. The deal combined North America's two largest private school bus operators—Education Services and First Student Inc.

And:

Parent organization: Laidlaw Transit Holdings Inc
Subsidiary: Safe Ride Services Inc

And:

DS Bus Lines School Bus Contracting
DS Bus Lines Transports the World’s Most Precious Commodity: Our Children. Previously, under the name School Services and Leasing, Inc., DS Bus Lines was one of the largest privately-owned, student transportation companies in the U.S. Despite the name change, our employees, experience, and expertise remain the same.

Just places to look for radio channels they all run both DMR and NB analog channels in the metro.
