Old Bridge Township, NJ Rebanding

I have seen that the old bridge township has been part of the re-banding. Are these the new re-banded frequencies or are they the old ones?:

It says that they have been re-banded, however it is not at all clear if they are the new frequencies. So, are they the right frequencies for the Old Bridge Township, NJ Police/Fire/EMS or not?

Yes those are the correct frequencies. Keep in mind though that system coverage is spotty at best if you are not in the very local area. I have trouble receiving them sometimes even within Old Bridge...

Another thing: These frequencies for Old Bridge Township are trunked. If I have a non-trunking scanner, will I be able to pick up trunked frequencies? or do I have to have a trunking scanner in order to pick them up?
