Are you asking for the frequencies for Cumberland county Maine, or the main frequencies for Cumberland county North Carolina?

To recieve either one correctly you will need to have a "narrowband" radio of which the TK-280 is not.

Also the law frequencies are UHF which the 280 will not do.
