It looks like Mr Swisher was 100% correct when he stated the Toledo & MARCS patch would not last long, TG 25296 has not been active the last 3 day's. Looks like all good things must come to a end...lol

When I went thru the latest library in my copy of EZ Scan I did not see them in either listing, I will check the DB online and see.
Their ID's would appear to be what I picked up, its just that the library wasn't in numerical order and I didn't look far enough, Thanks.

Heard again. CW2 was talking to Atwood 1 (i.e. at Atwood Lake area in Dellroy, Carroll Co). CW2 was checking on a supposedly locked bathroom, which was reported as locked by a person in lot 636. I'm fairly sure they didn't say GW2 (as in Game Warden), but I could be mistaken.
So my guess is this is Atwood Lake Park, Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) or ODNR talkgroup. Maybe park rangers, but does Atwood have park rangers? It's not an SP.
If you're in the Atwood Lake region [which I will be moving to later this summer], you might want to add TG 55360 as it obviously carries some type of traffic related to Atwood Lake.

(sidenote: Interesting that the OSP Lisbon talkgroups changed from the ones they used for years to 55264 / 55296, and now we've got 55360 mixed in with them. All East Ohio stuff. 55328 is probably mixed in somewhere around here too, so I'll be on the lookout for it.)
MWCD covers a pretty big area. But I'd bet that talkgroup (55360) isn't exclusive to Atwood Lake but probably for all MWCD service areas.
I'm going to add it to the DB as MWCD Rangers. If a more accurate description is determined down the road, we'll change it.

Another talkgroup in the same vein as TG 55360 -- this time TG 55424.
Referencing fixing a picnic table spigot at Lot 14. Also referenced the amphitheater. Atwood Lake does have an amphiteater, but I can't be sure that they were referencing Atwood Lake on this one. Other places in the MWCD may very well have amphitheaters. Just heard them again, this time talking about the person at Lot 216 is going to need for them to move his camper this afternoon.
So I thik 55360 and 55424 are related and both have had Atwood Lake related activity on them. Beginning to sound even more like MWCD talkgroups.

The radio IDs seen on 55360 and 55424 are in the 4xxx range. Have never seen 4xxx range radio IDs before this year [and before these talkgroups came about]. I had wondered if they were Wildlife Enforcement, Parks and Rec, or Forestry... They definitely aren't ODNR Wildlife Enforcement since those talkgroups are active with [usually] 23xxx radio IDs and are pretty much exclusively encrypted. If these aren't ODNR Parks & Rec [and I doubt they are], they probably are WMCD talkgroups. I just don't know where these talkgroups should be added in the grand scheme of subcategory groupings at this time. Under ODNR or under separate category.
I'd probably hear 55424 a lot more except that Tappan area communications are likely all through the Deersville tower, which I really don't get a decent copy on.

I added 55360 and 55424 as MWCD talkgroups. Descriptions might change, but for now its basic operations -- mostly maintenance but also other things heard. I don't know if the talkgroups are by county or by region or what. But I know Tappan Lake and Atwood Lake are in the same region, yet Tappan is heardon 55424 while Atwood / Leesville is heard on 55360 thus far.
There was a board minutes PDF on the mwcd.org website from November 2012 indicating that they approved subscribing to MARCS.

38960 - (1415, 1428, 45150, 45168)
39008 - (45164, 45167, 45168)
Assuming that 38912 is the first talkgroup for them (since 38896 is Butler REC 2), this MIGHT be the basic layout:

We received a submission by somebody suggesting that Gallipolis PD is now on MARCS. However, a specific talkgroup was not given. If you live in the Gallia Co area, you might want to listen for any new talkgroups (i.e. scan in open mode / use a group wildcard) to see if you are hearing Gallipolis PD on MARCS.
If anyone is able to come up with confirmation and a specific talkgroup, please submit it to the database for listing.
