I think you'd be happy with a Uniden BCT15X! If you shop around you can find new ones for around $160-180. Used ones for around $125.

I guess I missed the point of the original post.... I was under the impression that it had to be the oldest one that is programmable (via software), since most used pots that part wasn't really relevant. I was thinking this was more of a "who can remember when programming software came out" kind of thing.
