I currently use a Radio shack pro 94 scanner (it was on sale and I took advantage)
I'm quit happy with it since I get an average reception for the PD ,FD air plane but sometime the reception can get mediocre or with a lot of static.
my understanding is that the pro 96 is a better scanner that can scan digital frequency and can be hooked up to a PC to download frequency
Can anyone tell me what is the advantage of scanning digital frequencies ???? do we get more reception ???? what entity in Mass use digital frequency ???
Is is worth the 500 $ ????
I don't think I will upgrade yet but I was just curious to get some feedback from peoples who do have a digital scanner
