Old WSP Fondy Post VHF 154.935

For the past couple weeks I keep hearing random keyups on 154.935/127.3 tone for random amounts of time. This is the old Fond Du Lac post VHF conventional dispatch channel. Anybody know what's up? Even with the attenuator on I get it so it must be a close tower to New London.

I have also experienced the same here in Milwaukee, but on the Waukesha post on 154.665. Last week and
prior, I was hearing random key ups at various intervals with no audio off the Milwaukee repeater with 103.5 PL. Maybe its radio techs as I've heard them testing on Wiscom in this region.

The Tomah Post frequency (154.905) has been doing the same thing for quite awhile. Up here it is transmitting bits and pieces of traffic on Point-to-Point, so I'm not sure if there's a hardware issue going on, or it's something with the dispatch consoles. I e-mailed one of their techs about it a few months back, but never received a reply.

Something is up. Now I'm getting them on 155.445 which is the old Wausau post frequency.
