Trying to update friends 396T to latest firmware, so I am at step for 1.20.13 or higher , have logged in to my uniden see all the others I have updated, but on this one I get "Check Sum passes. Please go back by clicking your back button and enter a valid date.

So I have tried different dates including original purchase date , but can't seem to get past this,any suggestions ?
Have researched other threads but nothing seems to come close
