Anyone know who maintains this system as far as hardware? DPS? OSBI?

Themselves. There office is located at the DPS complex in OKC . They run their own computers and so forth.

You can kind of think of it as each agency using OLETS pays a "subscription" fee for access and to lease OLETS' hardware. So in theory OLETS pays for itself :wink:

I assume you say "in theory" because the departments pay their subscription fees with tax payer dollars.

I just heard on Elk PD that the Olets system is down for an unknown amount of time. Coincidence?

exactly And the system goes up and down all the time in different areas, usually for no more than 30mins or so
