Omaha Area Frequencies

I own a Pro-96 and am visiting here doing a job at the local Nuclear Power Plant. I want to setup a V-Folder for the area. Where do I find all the Frequencies I would wantto monitor as well as seting up the V-Folder. Thank you for any information anyone might be able to provide.

There is a Douglas County Ne. frequency list in the RR Database,also there is a listing for Harrison County and Pottawattimie County in Iowa.
